Do you ship international?
Currently we ship only to US via post package flat rate.

Can I ship my package to a different address ?
No you can not. Your order will be cancelled if the address provided when the order was placed changes.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 3-4 business days processing time. Once your package has been shipped you will be notified with a tracking number.

My order was stolen, how can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure you provide the correct mailing information.

Packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked delivered.
